It is a two step registration process:
- 1) Payment is through our site
- 2) FamilyID – for waivers online simply select Men’s Lacrosse, answer the questions, accept the waivers with a digital signature. You also must have a current physical on file. If you played a PIL sport in the past year, you’re all set because they’re good for two years. If not, you’ll need to have your doc fill out the Physical form and get submitted to Mike Nolan. (Form is on FamilyID.) Get started now so you are eligible to participate on Day #1.
Refund Policy Requests for refund must be mailed to the club president

[email protected]). Requests must be received before the
first game. The refund will issued minus a $15 processing fee and
will be mailed to you. Allow up to two weeks from date of request.
