It is a two step registration process
- 1) Register through this TeamSnap link:

- Register by Feb.1 for an early bird discount of $50. Multi-player discount of $100 and Goalies receive 50% discount!
- 2) Student Registration – Register player with IBW HS Athletic
- Department for 'Spring season' and complete all waivers in Arbiter
- Sports. Registration should be open on 1/5.
Additional paperwork
1) Concussion form (due first day of practice) - Return hard
copy to Coach Hincks or email .pdf to registrar at
[email protected].
2) Sports physicals are valid for two years. If needed, submit a physical to IBW HR Athletic Director office. The paperwork can be dropped off of emailed to Leanne Van Horn at l[email protected].
As cost of registration and equipment can be a barrier to entry we offer scholarships based on need and have a loaner gear program to help support. Please reach out to the Club President to inquire further.
USA Lacrosse Membership
To register, every player must have an active USA Lacrosse membership number. You can sign up for a USA Lacrosse membership HERE. USA Lacrosse memberships cost $35 annually.
Refund Policy
Requests for refund must be mailed to the Club President. Requests must be received before the first game. The refund will issued minus a $15 processing fee and will be mailed to you. Allow up to two weeks from date of request.
